MARITIME West Indies Company is located in Gloucester, Massachusetts USA. We are Naval Architects and Marine Engineers specializing in commercial small craft and ships up to 120 ft. (35 m.) LOA. We also design purpose-built pleasure craft within this range. We provide marine engineering services as required to support our design work and also for non-related projects.
You will find some interesting designs on these pages including some that are now building. We welcome your comments and interest. Perhaps one of these may be close to your ideal vessel. We can modify current designs as well as work up original designs to your specifications.
If your interests are with small tugs that can be built by a reasonably capable person with the occasional help of one or two assistants, check out the Small Tugs web site for some of Mal Low's award winning designs.
